Ron Randolph-Wall
Founder & Chairman, Quantum Loyalty Systems
Ron Randolph-Wall is the Chairman of Quantum Loyalty Systems and has been working in the promotions industry since 1967. From the start, Ron has been dedicated to delivering loyalty and rewards programs that are innovative and deliver aggressive returns for his clients.Over the years, Ron has been the genius behind many revolutionary programs;
- Working with the NFL and the NBA to develop the world's first professional sports affinity cards for The National Football League and The National Basketball Association and for all their franchised teams.
- Creation of the world’s first and most successful co-branded credit cards for General Motors, with over 16 million enrolled customers with an average spend on the card of nearly four times the average bank card.
- Working with the McKinsey&Company consulting group to create and launch in Turkey the world’s largest card-based coalition marketing program in the world, with over 1,000 participating merchants all managed off a chip-based card issued by Garanti Bank. The profitability to the bank and its meteoric rise in market share and acquiring business was astounding. To crown off this achievement, the Bonus Card was voted in 2002 and 2003 by MasterCard® to be the world’s best loyalty card and most profitable out of over 2,500 entrants.
- In 1988, Ron also created the first universally accepted movie certificate currency and since the company¹s launch of this product over 900 million movie admission certificates have been distributed in five countries.
- In 2005, Quantum Loyalty Systems launched the first stored value debit card on a MasterCard platform that allows marketers to only pay when the card is used.
In addition to his position as Chairman of Quantum Loyalty Systems, Ron created an educational foundation in The Kingdom of Bhutan with a group of his mountain climbing buddies and in the Mara, the home of the Masaai, in Kenya.
Ron resides in Incline Village, Nevada, USA.
L. Burke Miller, CPA
Chief Operating and Financial Officer
Burke is Quantum Loyalty Systems’ Chief Operating and Financial Officer with responsibilities over all aspects of Quantum's operations, financial and human resources. Burke joined Quantum Loyalty Systems in 2002, after seeing first hand the potential of the company while serving as their outside Certified Public Accountant for the previous 3 years at the public accounting firm of Deloitte and Touche.
Burke has over 21 years of management, finance, and accounting experience with 15 years working for Big-4 public accounting firms. His public accounting experience has given him the opportunity to work with high and low-tech companies going through Initial Public Offerings and many mergers and acquisitions. At the time of his departure from Deloitte & Touche, he was the Managing Director of the Northern Nevada tax practice for the firm.
In addition to his public accounting experience, Burke served for nearly two years as the tax director of an NYSE-listed mining company when it was going through its IPO and subsequent spin off from its parent company.
Burke enjoys spending time in the mountains, lakes and rivers hiking, cycling and kayaking with his family.
John Khouri
Sr. Vice President of Sales
Throughout his career, John Khouri has worked in various segments of technology, entertainment marketing and media sales, providing large-scale marketing solutions to Fortune 500 clientele and building a track record monetizing emerging digital platforms through advertising.
As current SVP Sales at Quantum Loyalty Systems, John is responsible for the company’s North American sales business, propagating the company’s position as a leading provider, expert, and innovator of sales incentive and long-term customer loyalty programs, with a particular focus on the company’s largest growth area, downloadable promotional currencies.
Prior to Quantum, John spent seven years at Yahoo! Music where, as VP Media Sales and Business Development, he oversaw an $80 million global ad sales business across eight markets and experienced a 71% increase in sales year over year. Before Yahoo!, John was an Account Supervisor at Grey Advertising in Los Angeles on various Warner Bros. accounts.
John also has extensive experience in trade show management and marketing, having worked for MacWorld Expo in the United States and Bogman Management Consultants in The Netherlands for four years, collectively.
John enjoys spending his free time with his wife and young son.
Alfred Pariser
Executive Vice President, Business & Legal Affairs
Alfred Pariser has been an attorney since 1964, having graduated from New York University Law School with a Doctorate in Jurisprudence. Previously to that he graduated from Johns Hopkins University with a B.A. and he attended Saint Edmonds College at Oxford.
Alfred Pariser spent the next thirty years in the motion picture production and distribution business, working for United Artists, 20th Century Fox Film Corporation, Orion Pictures, Edward Pressman Films, Cinepix Inc., Astral Bellvue Pathe, Lighthouse Films, and Island Pictures. During his tenures he was responsible for marketing and distribution legal issues as well as production supervision. He sat on the Motion Picture Association of America’s title registration board as well as other industry boards. He has been a guest lecturer at UCLA extension on independent film production and legal affairs.
As a motion picture producer Pariser has personally produced more than 10 films and has been involved with the production, marketing and advertising of hundreds more over his thirty years in the business. His films have won awards throughout the world.
In the 1990’s, Pariser turned his skill to infomercial production where he produced the Golf Cricket, Sun Chlorella, as well as most of the Bob Vila tool spots for Sears. He also produced the Los Angeles Times theatrical trailers which have been a favorite of the Los Angeles theaters audiences.
Pariser has been involved with the motion picture gift certificates business from its inception.
As Executive Vice President in charge of Business and Legal Affairs, Pariser is responsible for all contracts for the Company worldwide. He is also responsible for all copyright and trademark protection for the Company worldwide.
As a good corporate citizen, Quantum Loyalty Systems is involved with many charitable causes and Pariser is in charge of all such activities.
Helene Bousel-Cohen
SVP Sales and Business Development
Nearly two decades of experience in motion picture marketing, client relations and promotions, Helene Bousel-Cohen is currently Senior Vice President of Sales and Business Development at Quantum Loyalty Systems. Bousel-Cohen leads and manages the Quantum direct sales team and is responsible for North American sales. Helene brings her expertise in working with Fortune 500 companies and the entertainment studios.
Helene has been with Quantum Loyalty since November 07 and prior to Quantum, she was SVP Strategic Marketing and Client Relations for NMA Entertainment and Marketing where she oversaw the branded integration, account and promotions divisions for accounts (Capital One, Blockbuster, Burton Snowboards, Diageo, Arby’s and Gold’s Gym); Vice President of National Promotions at MGM for seven years, where she had the honor to work with esteemed partnerships on the Bond movies including (BMW, Ford, Omega, Sony Ericsson, Heineken, Best Buy, Finlandia Vodka and Visa); Director of Partnership Marketing at Universal Studios Hollywood as well as Account Supervisor and Account Executive at Grey Advertising, where she worked for the Warner Bros. account. Bousel began her career at Paramount Pictures in research and promotions for both the Television and Film divisions..
